Every Moshi product is backed by a standard two-year warranty. Register your product to upgrade this to a 10-year Global Warranty here.

No matter where you’re located in the world, we're committed to provide the best service to accompany you on your journey.

Please be aware that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care of the product. For our portable batteries, like any other lithium ion battery, maximum capacity will naturally degrade over time.

We ensure you receive warranty replacements within 2-3 weeks. Please note that due to certain international shipping and customs regulations beyond our control, this timeline may vary. We always keep our customers notified and here’s what the process typically looks like:

Email customer service at support@moshi.com. Include your product registration details and it is recommended to provide an image or video of the issue you’re experiencing.

Our team will assess the issue and reply to you within 2 business days.

Once the replacement has been authorized, you’ll receive a replacement product within 2 weeks. (As mentioned above, please allow some flexibility for international shipping and customs.)

Rest assured, our 10-year Global Warranty is retroactive. This means if you’ve previously registered a Moshi product, your warranty coverage will automatically be extended to 10 years from the date of purchase.

If your product is no longer available, we will at no cost to you repair the discontinued item or provide a comparable replacement. If a comparable replacement is not available, we will provide store credit for you to use on our website.

Moshi’s Global Warranty covers all product categories and geographical regions. However, due to international shipping restrictions, we may not be able to replace lithium ion batteries in regions where we, or our authorized distributors, do not sell these products. We are working with all major international shipping providers and aim to be able to offer global lithium ion battery replacements in all regions within the near future.
