Business Development Representative

About this Role

As a Business Development Representative with Moshi you will be responsible for the acquisition and management of accounts that are a good fit for Moshi’s premium, lifestyle brand. Business Development Reps are expected to formulate annual and quarterly sales development strategies to increase market share within accounts, interface with other departments, including, marketing, and finance, as needed to support customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise. Candidates must have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships resulting in growing business and share.

We are accepting candidates who have experience working with consumer electronics, telecom, and/or lifestyle brands. This is a remote position, but may require some travel. While this position is remote, proximity to large metro areas would be considered a benefit.


  • Find new leads in corporate, lifestyle, tech, wellness channels, both online and offline.

  • Build, manage, and maintain funnel of leads/prospects continually

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with prospects on products of a wide scope

  • Conduct and/or receive weekly reviews of sales, RMAs, returns & allowances (R&A), quotes, promotions, sell through, inventory management, forecasts, and other account activities that will impact financial results for the account(s)

  • Conduct sales and training meetings as required


  • 1-3 years experience in business development/sales, digital marketing, or media relations

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven track record of developing and closing new partnerships

  • Familiarity and proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.)

  • Time management and self-driving mentality, ultimately you will be responsible for meeting expectations in this remote environment. Previous remote work experience is a plus
